Let me start this post by asking WHERE HAS SPAGHETTI SQUASH BEEN HIDING ALL MY LIFE? I had no idea how to prepare it and quickly discovered that it is so simple to prepare. Cut in half, scrape seeds, and bake for an hour and then pull out the stringy mouth-watering noodle substance! Top it with some ground turkey, veggies and marinara sauce and you have a lean core meal! My abdominal area loved the it!
I cannot stress enough how easy the Stealth Lean Core Program is to follow. Even the things like spaghetti squash, which for me isn’t a normal everyday item and sounds intimidating: turned out to be super easy. It’s definitely going to be a new normal for us.
I typically write a lot about the dinners but I should also be including the breakfast meals and the snacks. Oh yeah, snacks! Doesn’t matter if you’re a toddler, in your twenty’s or even in your seventy’s everyone loves a good, quick snack. The Stealth Lean Core Program has them.
Scrabbles eggs and egg whites, whole grain toast with sugar free jam and an apple. Yes please, I could start every day off like this. I don’t want to miss out on the ½ cup of bran cereal with ½ cup of blueberries and 6 ounces of plain Greek yogurt though.
Snacks of cashews with carrots or celery, rice cakes with peanut butter, slice a peach and add that to ½ cup low fat cottage cheese, berries and yogurt. I could go on and on.
I think it is safe to say after 6 weeks in I am already taking serious mental notes, on how to shop and prep for healthier meals and snacks. When we are finished with the Stealth Lean Core Program we will be living a different life style in the kitchen and at the dinning room table. I have never seen a diet plan that I would willingly pick meals from again until now.
The inches and the pounds are dropping off. I can’t believe the results we are seeing by following the Stealth Lean Core Program and using our Stealth Core Trainers.
