    Planks have never been so much fun!!!

    OMG this little machine is so addicting!!! I am a 58 year old female who is looking to strengthen my core and lose about 10 pounds. I have it sitting on my office floor and when I walk past it during the day, I jump on it a few minutes (literally) a day. You can do a minute, two, three, four, five, whatever you can manage. You download the app to play the games during your plank, place your phone in the holder, press start and away you go. Planking has never been so much fun!!! The games and music keep your mind off the fact that you are seriously working out your core.

    UPDATE after 30 days of daily use ...
 This thing is really a great tool for exercising your core. The people that are saying that it's too expensive for what it is, you can tape your phone to a memory ball, etc. ... They are missing the whole point! ANYTHING works if you actually use it and stick with it over a period of time. A lot of people invent exercise gadgets, and a lot of them are very ingenious. But they're only as good as the consistency with which you will use them. Ever been addicted to Planks? I doubt it. But this product will actually get you addicted to planks.

    UPDATE after 30 days of daily use ... This really is a fun way to get planks in! The app on your phone is easy to set up and the arm rests make it comfortable to use. It’s a challenging workout but the interactive aspect makes it easier to push yourself to go further.

The maximum recommended weight limit for Stealth Deluxe (Yellow) is 300 lbs. For Stealth Pro (Orange): 350 lbs. For StealthGO (portable unit): 250 lbs.

Where are the Free Games?

There are 4 Free Core games included in the Stealth Fitness App. Download the App, click on "Core" and then click on "Core Games" to see the 4 Free Core games (Galaxy Adventure, Speed Gliding, Color Chase and Space Jumper).

What If I am too weak to do a full plank?

If you cannot perform a full plank, then as a beginner you can start with a Half Plank (Bent Knee Position) and gradually work up to a full plank. The Stealth Fitness App contains "How To" videos to show you how to use Stealth and all the positions.

Are there any instructions for how to use Stealth?

Yes, the Stealth Fitness App contains a library of "How To" videos to show you how to use Stealth.
