Stealth Lean Core Week Two

Stealth Lean Core Week Two

Eat healthy and move your body.  Seems pretty simple, doesn’t it?

It takes some serious dedication to yourself. Will power made of steel, which I do not have. {Insert chocolate here and maybe a bottled coffee drink or two} I do have honesty and accountability going for myself though. Week two has been much better than week one and I remind myself that I am only human, I will make mistakes along the way.

The Stealth Lean Core Program has done everything to make it easy, it’s practically spelled out for you day by day. All meal plans are 1200 calories with options to bump up to 1600 or 1800 calories if you need more.

Almonds, berries, yogurt, apples with peanut butter, carrots with hummus, popcorn, cottage cheese with jam Who doesn’t love a good snack?

I mentioned in my previous post that I peeked ahead for this week and the meals didn’t disappoint.  I think I have found new favorites. I think the whole week might be my favorite and there are 8 more to go! I know it’s only going to get better.

I decided this week to wake up earlier and actually prepare breakfast.  Day three of week two is an omelet. In 43 years I can’t recall ever making an omelet. I am not a chef by any means but not afraid in the kitchen. I tackled that omelet in the pan and with the fork. I had oatmeal mixed with raisins and slivered almonds, berry smoothies.

Lunches were fulfilling chicken rice bowl, turkey burger, fish kabobs or burrito delicious and different every day.

Dinners were also great baked fish, chicken breast, shrimp, salmon, steak, and turkey. I cannot pick one favorite from this week because the whole week was delicious. I was able to grab these photos before I gobbled up the meals though.

This week I am taking part in three Stealth game challenges, playing different games anywhere from 1-3 minutes and having fun while doing it.  I am doing the live Stealth HIIT workouts with Matt Morton the Stealth trainer (still my favorite part of Stealth). The scale is moving slowly but it’s moving. The best part of this program is that I am not starving myself and I don’t feel hungry throughout the day in fact I feel great!
