I am a 55-year-old female who has not been in any kind of “shape” for quite some time. I had to have both of my shoulders operated on within the last 10 years and I lost all upper body strength. I had gained 40 extra pounds and didn’t think there was anything that I could do to feel like my old self again. I had almost given up until a friend and I decided to go on a Keto diet about 5 years ago. I was able to lose some of the weight by changing my diet and doing basic planks. I still was not getting any of my arm strength back but did start feeling stronger in my core. I saw some YouTube videos of the Stealth, and I decided to give it a try. My regular planks were starting to bore me, and I wanted to try something new. So, I “splurged” and bought it. I started out with just doing a minute here and there, but then upped my game a bit and purchased the extra games. I am so glad that I did.
I was doing pretty well until I hurt my knee and shoulder in July and basically took August off from any kind of exercising. I started back up in September and even joined a couple of Challenges. Because of dealing with a diabetic dog, work, and a family, I am only getting on it a couple of times a day. I am now able to do at least 10 pushups (I hadn’t been able to do even one after my surgeries) and I feel fantastic. I’ve lost a total of 13 pounds since I bought it and I even plan on getting one for each of my daughters for Christmas. I wish I could afford to buy one for all of my family members.
For someone who has never been too keen on exercising, I am always showing people my muscles and telling them that I could drop and given them 10 at any time. All due to my using the Stealth. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to get in shape. For those who have tried planking and got bored with it, this is for you!
