Stealth Lean Core Program Weeks 7, 8 and 9

Each week for the last 9 weeks I have been pleasantly surprised.  This program is easy to follow, easy to prepare, flavorful and inexpensive.  This plus a few short minutes of Stealth usage along with 3 days of Stealth HIIT workouts with Stealth Nation’s very own Matt Morton Stealth Trainer and the results are amazing.  

Thinking you can’t do it alone? Join the Stealth Nation Facebook group and mention that you need an accountability partner I guarantee one of the 40,000 plus members will reach out to you and help you along the way.  The support from this group is phenomenal doesn’t matter if you’re a new or seasoned Stealth user. 

Support, a well written plan to follow and

I am reading about the current fad diets on the internet which are cutting out carbs, eating weeks of the same boring meal plan or the worst pushing some magic pill or shake mix.  All while eating mouth watering roast beef sandwiches, Boca burgers or turkey cooked with beans, red peppers and onions.  Smoothies, fresh fruit, and classics like celery with peanut butter make you feel like a kid again. I’ve definitely gained more energy like a young child again while following this program.

If you have the pounds to lose and the dedication to stay committed to the program you will see results all while keeping your taste buds engaged and happy.
