Stealth Lean Core Week Three

Stealth Lean Core Week Three

Three weeks on the Stealth Lean Core program and I am still going at it.  I am determined to finish all 10 weeks of this program!

Once again the meals do not disappoint. You’re going to get tired of reading that every week but it’s true. I never would have thought to add frozen berries to the store-bought protein powder mix and run it through the blender. Someone did and I am thankful for that person and the hard work they put into this meal plan.

That smoothie was delicious and I felt full all morning from ONE smoothie!

The Lean Core Program recommends doing 1-3 minutes daily on your Stealth and 3 Stealth HIIT workouts a week. If you didn’t know there were live Stealth HIIT type workouts on the Stealth Nation Facebook page or you haven’t tried them out yet, you have no idea what you’re missing.  I highly recommend you try those out.  I am doing it all including the 8-10 cups of water per day I love every minute of it.

This week we went on a short camping trip.  It’s one of the very few things open in my state during the 2020 pandemic.  I meal prepped like I have a cooking show.  I even used the little glass bowls all premeasured and ready to go! It was so easy, that is another great thing about the Lean Core Program.

I took on a Stealth challenge this week that consisted of some serious advance Stealth moves AND I nailed it! I have never felt stronger or more proud of myself than I did that day.  I posted my proud smiling face on every social media outlet I have.  Somehow the Lean Core meals and the daily Stealth use are creating this strong, confident woman. I am convinced there is mind-blowing science behind it or maybe it really is as simple as eat right and move your body. Either way, it’s working!  People are starting to notice a difference in me.  During this time we are not having a lot of gatherings if any at all.  Like so many others I have turned to social media to keep up with family or friends.  Sharing with each other what is going on in our lives. This is where my extended family has said WOW! You look great, your skin looks great, and I love seeing how strong your arms are getting. Wait until they see the rest of me!

I won't list all 21 meals and 14 snacks for the week but I will share with you that the dinner I ate on day one of this week; shrimp cooked with Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, garlic, steamed vegetables, brown rice and a side of blueberries was AMAZING.  The mouth-watering deliciousness goes on with tuna pita, plums, apples, celery sticks with peanut butter, turkey chili, pasta, roast beef sandwiches, carrots, bananas and steak.

I think it’s time for dinner and then to climb up the leader board in my Stealth game challenges.
